Penguin Life Events

Never fear, Penguin Life is here with a series of fabulous talks and events designed to get you to make the most of your 2016 resolutions and live life better whether that’s at home, work or play across the whole year.

In partnership with membership club One Alfred Place, we’re delighted to launch our London events series with two events that we hope might be helpful at the beginning of the year. The first one is focused on your career, whether that be getting a promotion, how to think about your career or making a total change.  Expert Tim Vincent shares his insights, advice and tips on Tuesday 26th January. That’s followed on the 3rd February by trainer Dalton Wong and health writer Kate Faithfull-Williams’ ‘Continue to Feelgood’ an inspiring guide showing how, in just 15 minutes a day, you can dramatically improve your health and fitness. Based on their new book, Glamour has called ‘The FeelGood plan’ The Health book of 2016.

As part of our launch, both talks are just £5. Places are limited so do hurry. Read on to book your place and find out more about each talk.
